Very Important: It is a legal obligation for every guest older than 16 years old, to register his/her ID/ passport to the National Police! It is a process of scanning your ID/Passport. If you do not want to register that is NOT an option and you can NOT stay at our apartment! Government rules! Thank you for your understanding.
Please take care of the heating system. Do not waste the energy! When you go out or on the check out, kindly make sure that the thermostat is OFF!
The elevator CAN be used ONLY for luggage and groceries. Guests cannot use it now!
Although we love animals, for hygienic reasons pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is only allowed in one of the 7 balconies you have at your disposal.

In case of a 2 guests’ reservation, that will not share the bedroom, and in need of the sofa bed, you will have to ask in advance. There is an extra-10 euros fee, one-time payment.
